Why Juristic

The case for
our counsel.

Six reasons clients entrust Juristic Law Chambers with matters that cannot afford to be handled casually — each a standard we hold ourselves to, not a promise we make.

01

Two decades of trusted practice

Established in 2004, we bring over twenty years of experience resolving matters across Tanzania's courts, registries, and boardrooms.

02

Breadth across ten disciplines

From corporate law to criminal defence, one chambers covers the full span of a client's legal life — no referring out, no gaps in continuity.

03

Partner-led, not junior-run

Every matter carries the direct attention of a partner or the managing partner, from first consultation to final resolution.

04

Trusted by institutions

Banks, trust funds, and religious institutions retain Juristic Law Chambers as standing counsel — not just for single matters, but as ongoing legal partners.

05

Discretion as standard

Confidence is the currency of counsel. Yours is guarded as the architecture of trust, not a courtesy.

Leadership

Our Principal.

Mr. Elias Rachuonyo Hezron

Mr. Elias Rachuonyo Hezron

Managing Partner Advocate — Head of Chambers

Mr. Elias Rachuonyo Hezron founded and leads Juristic Law Chambers as its Managing Partner, having built the firm from its establishment in 2004 into a trusted practice across the Lake Zone. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) and a certificate in Computer Literacy, both earned in 2009 from Tumaini University, followed by a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania in 2010. He was admitted to the Bar on 11 August 2011 and has practised continuously since.

Over more than a decade at the helm, Mr. Hezron has personally carried matters spanning corporate advisory, land and property disputes, family law, and criminal defence, while overseeing the growth of the chambers into a team of advocates covering ten distinct disciplines. He sets the standard every file at Juristic Law Chambers is measured against: advocacy conducted with precision, counsel given without shortcuts, and disputes resolved with the discretion each client's matter deserves.

Beyond individual clients, Mr. Hezron has guided the firm's relationships with institutional retainer clients, including banks, trust funds, and religious institutions, positioning Juristic Law Chambers as standing counsel rather than a firm engaged only for isolated matters.
